Regent General Contractors | Our Job Is To Serve You.

Our Job Is To Serve You.

We do what’s right, instead of what’s easiest and most profitable.

Our Story

At Regent General Contractors, we have more than 85 years of combined experience in commercial and multi-family construction, not to mention extraordinary problem-solving skills and the ability to create processes that maximize efficiency. We’re also great listeners and feel that maintaining our reputation of honesty and reliability is critical for success. In other words, when you tell us what you need, we really hear you and do everything within our power to make it happen. As a result, we create relationships that last for years to come.

Our caring approach also extends beyond our clients and into the community, where our mission is to establish and operate children’s homes, matching parentless children with widows and fostering mutually beneficial relationships.

Regent always takes a client-centric approach. Because we know that cost and timing are high on your list, we keep our costs competitive without sacrificing safety or quality. And we make sure we always have the bandwidth to keep your job on schedule, if not ahead of schedule. But at Regent, we’re also committed to meeting our own high standards, with that commitment extending from Regent’s leadership to our onsite construction team. However, the main component of our client-centric approach is communication. Every step of the way, Regent will keep you informed. We promise.

Big company innovation, small company approach.

Our Process

At Regent, we have put a comprehensive checklist process in place to maintain total control—from timing to quality—of your project. We also hire top-of-their-field subcontractors and highly qualified field supervision as well as use industry-leading technologies (the kind you’d find at larger firms) to keep your job on track and keep you informed of progress.

i. Before work begins

Regent brainstorms ways to give you the best value for your dollar and identifies potential long-lead items. Then we bid the job using qualified subcontractors. We also work to establish rapport with everyone involved.

ii. During the project

Conducting weekly construction meetings, Regent keeps you updated and coordinates with you through request(s) for information (RFIs). We always maintain a safe and clean job site.

iii. After completion

Our team walks the site with you. At project closeout, we promptly complete the punch list and process final documentation.

Our Team

At Regent, we have created a strong team, each with a diverse skillset and depth of experience. This allows us to keep our team small to manage your costs, while still responding to your evolving needs. Not only does our staff have a wide range of experience and expertise, but we also add value to each of your projects with sharp problem-solving skills, responsiveness and, most importantly, with our dedication to service.

Our principals bring more than 55 years of combined experience managing multi-family and commercial rehabs, renovations, repositions, build-out programs, ground-up construction, capital improvements and maintenance programs to all of our projects.
