Regent was engaged to remodel two large pools, a fountain and pool deck, plus add a new outdoor kitchen to a multi-family community. Despite heavy rains, the client wanted the project completed in a month.

We constructed a 2,000-square-foot tent to work through the rain. Our subcontractors also worked two shifts and weekends to complete the project on time, despite unforeseen repairs needed below the pool deck.

When Regent was hired to build an amenity center at a fully occupied, luxury multi-family community, the project was already 30 percent over budget, drastically behind schedule and fraught with design issues.

Through creative value engineering, Regent was able to reduce the overall cost by approximately 30 percent and correct the design problems with materials no one else had considered. Our subcontractors worked through adverse weather conditions, and we also used our time management skills to complete the job quickly.
